Nicole has over 15 years of human resource experience and has worked both in corporate and field environments. Her experience includes working with diverse industries such as; information technology, health services, food and beverage services, manufacturing, commercial cleaning, and restaurant operations. She has led companies through successful external compliance audits and continues to work with them to ensure compliance with regulatory laws. Nicole is passionate about HR, and it reflects in her work ethics. She holds a Master's of Science degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is SHRM certified.

 

Nicole prides herself on being the last child of 14 children! She says that growing up in a large family led her to the HR profession. Living with nine sisters and four brothers of multiple personalities increased her listening skills and taught her useful tools for conflict management and resolution. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and a member of the California Chamber of Commerce. She regularly attends conferences, webinars, and events related to employment law, to stay current with regulations and practices. In her spear time, she volunteers at the Joslyn Adult Center in Burbank, CA, teaching a gadget workshop and one-on-one gadget course to the elderly members.
