The idea for JenningsHRS came about in 2016 after assisting a business in converting their independent contractors to employees. A consultation with the client revealed some of the struggles small businesses experience, like a lack of knowledge of California's stringent employment laws. The seamless execution of this project led to great feedback and continued referrals from the client. The increased number of potential clients seeking HR services led to the creation of JenningsHRS!
